Demca provides on site surveys to establish the best solution with regards to upgrading existing manually operated valves or dampers, cost effectively and with the minimum of plant downtime. This service would include sizing of actuators to suit the application, design and manufacturing of adaptions, couplings, extensions spindles, pedestals etc.. required to motorise existing or new valves. Once fitted, the actuator is commissioned to suit the stroke of the valve, and secondary settings are made to suit site control and indication requirements.
